Privacy

Last updated October 18, 2026. This covers merryspitmas.com, music.merryspitmas.com and the private tools SPIT uses to read his own social media stats.

On this site

Page and button analytics. We use Umami, which counts page views and taps on the store and social buttons without cookies and without identifying you.

Ads measurement. Song pages load the Meta Pixel so we can see whether our ads lead people to a streaming service. Meta may use its own cookies for this; you can limit it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Email list. If you join the list, your email address goes to our email provider (Kit) and is used only to send SPIT news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our stats tools

The "SPIT stats" apps on Google (YouTube) and Meta (Instagram, Facebook) read analytics for SPIT's own accounts only: views, watch time, retention, shares, saves and the text of comments left on his posts, which are used to understand what people think of the videos. The data is stored privately, is never sold or shared, and is not used to contact anyone. These apps do not access any other person's account.
